We have engineered and designed the Li’l Gusher line of Belt Oil Skimmers with the latest in technology. The entire unit is 100% machined from solid bar stock, no castings anywhere. Every machined component is made in-house, which allows us to control costing and quality throughout the process. We have utilized technologically advanced bearings designed and engineered in Germany on all rotating bearing shafts. The bearings provide decades of use while being subjected to the environment of water and cutting fluids that an oil skimmer is subjected to every day.

All shafts, keepers, and fasteners are all stainless steel, eliminating any potential oxidation. All of the 6061-T6 aluminum machined components are 100% anodized, thereby eliminating any potential for corrosion due to electrolysis and/or galvanic corrosion, both usually present in machine coolant tanks.

By examining and critiquing all of the oil skimmers we have used over decades of machining, we have incorporated the best features, eliminated the worst and re-engineered the things that needed to be addressed differently, to bring a simple, effective and ever-lasting product to the market.
